• 20 years combined experience in home and building water proofing/restoration work. Served as a operations manager, project management, 3^rd party inspector, certified inspector, estimator and mechanic. Expert at identifying exterior cladding moisture intrusion problems.

• Experienced with water intrusion testing methods and have preformed numerous ASTM & AAMA test for commercial, residential, and public buildings. Including E 1105 ASTM pressure chamber testing.

• I have completed more than 2,000 home and commercial building moisture intrusion related inspections. I am currently certified or graduate with AWCI (Association of Walls and Ceilings) # 99316 and EDI (Exterior Design Institute) building envelope #FL-93. Moisture Warranty Corp. I am trained or have taken certification courses in STO stucco and concrete products, USG, Sonnoborn sealants, Dow Corning sealants, Sarnafil membranes and others.

• I wrote the scope of work and specified the application of products on buildings such as the 40 story 1^st National Bank Mobile AL. (Dow Corning 123 silicone expansion joint restoration product). Lands Inn Condominium and others.

• I have hands on experience doing several remediations myself, and I am familiar with applications that work in the field!

Some notable projects

First National Bank Mobile Ala. - a 38 story building where I researched and project managed the application of Dow Corning 123 Silicone product over the concrete wall panel expansion joints. Lands Inn Condominium- a Perdido Key condo where I project managed the application of sealants and elastomeric coatings.

Pensacola City Hall- project managing the replacement of the sealants at the masonry expansion joints and door/window perimeters. Applications of urethane deck coatings.

Pensacola Junior College- Leak testing on many buildings, writing scope of works and project managing. Remediations.

Pensacola Christian College- Leak testing and design repair on many of the campus buildings. Project managing many of the water proofing jobs.

NAS Pensacola- Co-evaluation of storm damage and identifying sources of water intrusion on the bachelor’s quarters and barracks. Preformed numerous leak test and test repairs. Assisted a local architectural firm in writing a scope of work for materials and repairs.
